Indoor workouts for Southern High school baseball players at Vermilion Barn in Bowie. Workouts are after school on Tuesday and Thursday in January & February.

yOUTH bASEBALL

Those born between 9/1/2011-9/1/2016 are eligible to participate.

Indoor workouts for SCYA youth baseball players at the Impact Center in Lothian.  Wednesday evenings and Sunday afternoons in Jan & Feb.

Wednesday

6:00-7:00pm Those born between 9/1/2011-9/1/2016 are eligible to participate.

Sunday

2-3pm Those born between 9/1/2011-9/1/2013 are eligible to participate.

3-4pm Those born between 9/1/2013-9/1/2016 are eligible to participate.
